Responsibilities:
Working in our call center, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls while providing efficient and timely responses to insured and medical provider inquiries regarding benefits, claims status, certificate coverages and procedures.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills refined while working in a call center environment. Experience with and understanding of medical terminology is essential. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are required. The environment is highly automated, so the candidate must be proficient with window's based applications. The hours for this position are 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
International Medical Group, Inc.(IMG) is a worldwide leader in designing, distributing, and administering global healthcare products. Our office is located in the near downtown area and we are currently expanding our Akeso Care Management Division. We have an immediate opening for a Nurse Case Manager.
This position's responsibilities will be to provide Precertification and Case Management to our international insureds.
Qualifications:
Requirements include: previous experience in case management or managed care; RN license; excellent interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and various other computer data entry systems. We also prefer any second language skills, especially Spanish-speaking, but this is not a requirement.
