Case Manager

Responsibilities:
International Medical Group, Inc.(IMG) is a worldwide leader in designing, distributing, and administering global healthcare products. Our office is located in the near downtown area and we are currently expanding our Akeso Care Management Division. We have an immediate opening for a Nurse Case Manager.
This position's responsibilities will be to provide Precertification and Case Management to our international insureds.
Qualifications:
Requirements include: previous experience in case management or managed care; RN license; excellent interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and various other computer data entry systems. We also prefer any second language skills, especially Spanish-speaking, but this is not a requirement.

Position Title:
Account Executive

Responsibilities:
The marketing department currently has a career opening for an “International Account Executive”. The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. This position’s responsibilities include:
• Identify and recruit prospective producers
• Manage a current territory of established producers
• Train and educate producers by acting as a consultant in the sales and marketing of products
• Cultivate long-term account relationships
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment.
Requirements include a valid Indiana Insurance license or the ability to pass the Indiana Licensing exam. A college degree is preferred, but is not required. Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus.

Position Title:
iTravelInsured Claims & Service Representative

International Claims
Responsibilities:
We currently have an opening for an experienced iTravelInsured Claims & Service Representative. This position is responsible for analyzing iTI claims and making payment determinations. Additional responsibilities include assisting travel insureds and travel agents on the phone with benefit information, emergency assistance, claims submission and status as it relates to Trip Insurance and Travel Assistance Benefits.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working directly with customers in one of the following areas: travel industry, medical claims or emergency assistance. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Bi-lingual language skills would be helpful in this position.
